Dr. Rita Antonelli, Associate Director with the QUE$TOR team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, specialises in cost estimation, CAPEX and OPEX modelling of energy projects, market and cost data gathering and analysisIn her current role, Rita is responsible for modelling the Offshore Wind Farm component in QUE$TOR for the estimation of CAPEX, OPEX and Decommissioning costs of electrification projects, implementing into the software new technologies used in the upstream oil and gas industry, gathering and analysing energy related cost data on a global basis, developing and updating capital and operating cost databases and providing client support on cost database queries.
Rita holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Imperial College, London, UK and a master's degree in chemical engineering from Universita' di Pisa, Italy.
