She also leads the team responsible for forecasting and benchmarking above-ground risks for the upstream sector in Asia Pacific. Rachel brings 15 years of experience in policy, regulatory and risk analysis, as well as global benchmarking. Previously, she led the Singapore branch and Asia analysis division of Exclusive Analysis (now S&P Global Commodity Insights), overseeing numerous risk projects for clients in a wide range of sectors.
Rachel holds a Master of Arts in political science from Johns Hopkins University, United States.
