With a special interest in strategy and innovation, he has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver new solutions for buy-side and sell-side partners.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Alessandro worked at Bear Sterns Private Client Services in London, where he assisted clients on alternative investment products.
