Natalia Isajenko has over 20 years of experience delivering professional services in the financial services sector.

At S&P Global Market Intelligence, Natalia leads a global team of consultants who are responsible for the delivery of software solutions and other types of professional services to S&P Global Market Intelligence customers worldwide in Financial Services, Energy and Maritime & Trade. Ms. Isajenko and her team are passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experience. Through professional services engagements, they help S&P Global Market Intelligence customers improve operational flows; increase the quality and timeliness of reporting; and make efficient decisions based on high-quality data.

Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2018 as EMEA Head of Professional Services for EDM, Natalia led operations and consulting teams at a number of other software and related vendors.

Natalia holds a degree in Engineering Informatics from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Vilnius, Lithuania.
