Laszlo Maio is a senior research analyst in the midstream team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, responsible for the energy infrastructure and markets database.

Laszlo focuses on research and data analytics on infrastructure linking energy production areas to end users within the Central Europe and North Africa regions. Prior to joining S&P Global, he worked 3 years for Geneva Petroleum Consultants International, specialist in the exploration geology and GIS database management.

Laszlo holds a Bachelor and Master in Earth Sciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and a Complementary Certificate in Geomatics from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
