Joe Matthews is Senior Analyst for the Global LNG service at S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Joe is a senior analyst with the Global LNG team at S&P Global Commodity Insights and is based in Boston, MA. He conducts research and analysis on global LNG markets, with regional focuses on Europe and Latin America. He is also responsible for coverage of certain liquefaction projects in the Atlantic Basin, including emerging Russian liquefaction capacity in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and projects in Trinidad and Peru.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester, United States, and Master of Arts degrees from American University, Washington, DC and Korea University in Seoul, Korea.
