Felipe Perez, a Research Director for Oil Markets, Midstream and Downstream Energy and Latin America Downstream Strategist at S&P Global Commodity Insights, focuses on the connectivity between North and Latin America's refining sectors.Felipe has more than fifteen years of international consulting experience in the oil and gas industries, particularly in Latin America's refining sector. He is also responsible for US West Coast (PADD 5) downstream research and analysis.
