Alessandro Piccoli joined S&P Global in 1997 and is based in ourGeneva office.

Alessandro Piccoli is a technical research principal for the Africa Upstream Intelligence team at S&P Global. Mr. Piccoli is responsible for the editorial and data content of GEPS for Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda, Comoros, Malawi, Scattered Islands, Seychelles, Somalia, Burundi, Rwanda and Mauritius. Mr. Piccoli joined IHS Markit in 1997, first working for the Latin America Team and later with the Continental Europe Team. He holds a BSc in Economics and Social Sciences/Geography from the Geneva University in Switzerland.
