Anushil brings over twelve years of professional experience in analyzing M&A trends, conducting valuations, and performing strategy assessments for assets and companies in the domains of Power and Renewables, Metals and Mining, and Upstream Oil and Gas. Currently, he leads a team responsible for Power and Renewables M&A research, which provides insights and analytics to companies seeking to build strategies and investment plans in the low-carbon space. In his previous role at Transaction Research, he was responsible for Significant Energy Assets on the Market (SEAM) research, which provides market intelligence and potential sale price forecasts on larger energy assets and companies for sale worldwide. Anushil joined IHS Markit (now part of S&P Global) in February 2017.

Before joining the company, he gained extensive experience in the financial industry, spending over three years at SNL Financial (now part of S&P Global Market Intelligence) and a year at Evaluate Energy. At SNL, he focused on the Metals and Mining industry, while at Evaluate Energy, he gained expertise in the Upstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry.

Anushil holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, India, and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Raipur, India.
