Frans leads S&P Dow Jones Indices U.S. Fixed Income index products, including OTC Derivatives and the development of indices for Exchange Traded Funds.Frans leads Product Management for S&P Dow Jones Indices U.S. Fixed Income index products, including OTC Derivatives and the development of indices for Exchange Traded Funds. He has previously led product management in Europe for tradable indices and index products including CDS, Structured and Bespoke Credit Indices and Standardized TRS on benchmark indices. Prior to that, he headed up the European operations of CDS pricing business.
Before joining IHS Markit (now part of S&P Global) in 2009, Frans worked in FTSE Russel's index research department focusing on Index Design and as an analyst at fixed income hedge fund Cambridge Place Investment Management.
