Anqi Shi is a research analyst with the Commodity Insights team at S&P Global and is based in Shanghai, China

Anqi provides strategic research on energy storage, with a focus on the China market. Prior to joining S&P Global, she was a strategic consultant with Tsintergy, where she provided power market design consultation for grid operators and power exchange centers in China. She also worked for Northvolt to develop environmental strategies for battery manufacturing and recycling.

Anqi holds double master's degree in sustainable energy engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.
