Moises has a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad de America in Bogota and a MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. In his 20 years in the oil and gas industry, Moises has worked as a Reservoir Engineer for multiple operators such as Oxy, Hess, and Murphy. Moises has been part of multi-disciplinary teams in charge of developing assets in Eagleford, Bakken, Permian, and North Africa. He has been responsible of preparing field development plans, well performance, reserves booking, reservoir modeling, economic analysis, and A/D evaluations for conventional and unconventional assets.

Moises joined S&P Global as a Senior Technical Advisor for the sales team where he is responsible for providing technical support of engineering applications to numerous clients in US and Latin America. The combination of Moises experience working with world class operators and his expertise using IHS Markit software creates a unique set of skills that can be used to transfer knowledge to all our clients.
