Based in Singapore, he covers natural gas and LNG markets in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Mr. Utama had 15 years of experience across the energy supply chain, from exploration, production, to transportation and distribution. He has extensive experience working with E&P companies, governmental regulators, service companies, commercial intelligence providers, energy infrastructure companies, investment banks and private equities. These include projects focused on strategy development, competitiveness, integrated resource planning, portfolio management, compliance and commercial issues.
Johan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and a Master of Science from the Singapore Management University.
