Samantha Wietlisbach is a Director of Minerals and Chemicals Research and Analysis at S&P Global Commodity Insights.Samantha joined SRI Consulting (SRIC) in September 2007 and worked for the Directory of Chemical Producers (DCP) for 5 years. Samantha joined the CEH (Chemical Economic Handbook) team in July 2012 and her area of specialization is in inorganic chemicals and minerals, including rare earths, magnesium chemicals, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, aluminium chemicals, lithium, and phosphate chemicals.
Before joining S&P Global, Samantha worked in the research chemicals industry. Samantha has more than 15 years of industrial experience. She has a strong chemical background, including a BSc in Chemical Sciences and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Salford in the UK.
